3. Tracking & On-Time Guarantee

“On-time Delivery Guarantee”: If your bulk or express order is delayed beyond agreed terms, you may qualify for compensation or credit.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
International shipments may incur import duties and taxes, which are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We provide complete customs documentation for a smooth process, including commercial invoices and Certificates of Origin.
- For bulk orders, you may choose cleared delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).
